Who we are
St. Gallen Immobilien is a real estate developer, who actively invests in all types of real estate in Bulgaria. We are part of Texim Holding, a family business in the third generation, with its business roots and name dating back to the 1960s.
St. Gallen Immobilien was created as a brand of the Naydenov family, whose patriarch Georgi Naydenov founded the first Bulgarian conglomerate Texim in 1961. Its aim is to project the values of the Naydenov family onto their real estate projects and holdings in Bulgaria. The company strives to become the premier developer of “fixed income” instruments in commercial and residential real estate in Bulgaria, through the development of residential and commercial projects, as well as through the renting out of buildings with a focus in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What we do

We use our local network and expertise to anticipate trends, to identify opportunities and to engage in strategic partnerships in order to offer the highest quality products and services to our clients. Our core focus lies in the following areas:

- Investing in distressed real estate
Currently St. Gallen Immobilien has a pipeline of commercial and residential real estate projects with over 95’000 m2 built-up area in the Manastirski Livadi – Iztok neighborhood of Sofia.
